I did a business degree first. I'd been writing code since I was a teenager, and over the last year engineering became the main thing I do.
Now
Day jobLead engineer for Registercheck at Openlaw
I joined Openlaw GmbH in April 2026 on beglaubigt.de's data platform, became temporary lead engineer for firma.de in June, and have been lead engineer for Registercheck since September 2026.
Co-founderVenua, event software for B2B organisers
Co-founder and the only engineer: I build the web apps, the native apps, the backend and the infrastructure.
Open sourceMorndo, a control plane for one person running many agents
An open-source control plane for running many agents, built on my own time.
ResearchSleipa: when coding agents can be trusted to work unsupervised
My research on when agents can be trusted, also on my own time.
How I work
On my own projects, most of the code is written by AI coding agents that I direct, often several at once and overnight. My job is the architecture, the decisions only I can make, and the evidence: a change isn't done until a check the agent didn't run itself says so. I measured why I step in on my own agents, and the most common reason was an unverified "done". That finding shapes most of what I build.
I write about what this looks like in practice, including where it fails, on the writing page.
How I got here
Started coding
A book on hacking, then Harvard's CS50 and a lot of online courses. I was planning on investment banking; code had other plans.
Markets
Traded Forex and crypto, demo account first, then real money: €100 into €10,000. Markets aren't a business, but the discipline stuck.
Business experiments
Dropshipping, print-on-demand and a few other models. Most failed, and each one taught me something about creating real value.

Frankfurt School and venture capital
Started Business Administration at Frankfurt School and joined Aescuvest as an associate project manager, analysing startups and writing investment memos for the investment committee.

ViralPoint
Founded a performance-marketing agency for medium-sized companies: €125k net revenue in one year and 15x return on ad spend for clients. It taught me to sell, and that I'd rather build products than trade hours.

Building products
Co-founder and CTO of FastPal (until May 2026), and AI engineer at InnoCom, which became Venua, the company I co-founded.

Engineering full-time
Joined Openlaw, started building Morndo, and began the research I now call Sleipa.
